该细胞系1957年由T.U.Sample等从患有结肠癌的70岁男性白人的腹水分离。 该病人在取腹水样品前已用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗4-6周。 角蛋白免疫过氧化物酶染色阳性。 在本库通过支原体检测。 在本库通过STR检测。 |
