TM3细胞在LH作用下cAMP产量升高，但对促卵泡激素没有响应。对LH的响应持续时间与血清批次有关。在LH存在下，细胞可以代谢胆固醇。检测发现鼠痘病毒阴性。 在本库通过支原体检测。 |
